By downloading and using the ProNoto Chrome Extension, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“TNC”). Please read these terms carefully before using our extension. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our extension.

1. Notebook Feature:

The Notebook feature allows users to store notes and web content conveniently within the ProNoto extension. By utilizing this feature, users can organize and access their notes seamlessly while browsing the internet. Users are solely responsible for the content they store in their Notebook and should refrain from storing any illegal or infringing material.

2. Teleprompter Feature:

The Teleprompter feature provides users with a teleprompting tool, enabling them to deliver speeches, presentations, or scripts with ease. Users can input their scripts into the Teleprompter and utilize it for various speaking engagements. It is important for users to use this feature responsibly and to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of the scripts they input.

3. AI Feature:

The Ask AI feature utilizes ProNoto’s own AI API powered by ChatGPT, allowing users to interact with AI-generated responses based on web data. Users must sign in to access this feature and are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of their account credentials. Any misuse of the AI feature for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

4.ProNoto Plus Membership:

ProNoto Plus is a premium membership that grants users access to advanced features, including:

• Unlimited access to all ProNoto features.

• AI-powered tools for enhanced note-taking and web interaction.

• Exclusive Plus-only features and updates.

Cancellation Policy:

• You can cancel your ProNoto Plus membership at any time.

• After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Plus features until the end of your billing cycle.

• It is mandatory to use the same email address for payment that you used to register in the extension. This ensures your payment and account details are properly linked.

• If you used a different email address for payment by mistake, please contact us at hello@pronoto.io for assistance.

Refund Policy:

ProNoto offers a 3-day refund policy for first-time purchases. You may request a refund within 3 days of your initial purchase.

Non-Refundable Purchases:

• Refunds do not apply to subscription renewals or subsequent payments.

• Refunds do not apply to promotional or discounted subscriptions.

• Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, contact our support team at hello@pronoto.io with your order details. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refund Approval & Processing:

• If your refund is approved, your account will be converted to the Free Plan, and you will lose access to all Plus features.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Cancellations and Renewals

• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

• Cancellation does not provide a refund, but you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

• To avoid automatic renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
